Absolutely love it here. Best part of my week is showing up and getting a sweat on. I can really see that I have improved so much since I first walked in through their doors. Everyone is really professional, knowledgeable and friendly. No egos, all levels catered for and even if you are training within a group and you find it hard to do a particular exercise, whoever is training the group will take the time to show you an alternative exercise so you can keep training. Also give great nutritional advice and tips to stay motivated. It's a lifestyle on offer here. I can't encourage people enough to try it out for themselves. I can see results. They show me how to be the best I can be
I love training at stringer fitness, the classes are great and Yvonne is very passionate about her role and gives clients 100%. Great advice & tips from exercise to nutrition. I highly recommend training here.
Just a brilliant place for training, if you want to sort yourself out both physically and mentally Stringer Fitness is the place for you, I always feel great after their classes. Try out a class, you won't regret it
Really good facilities and PT's i would highly recommend working with Jonathan, great session's and motivation.
