I’m a NHS patient and I have been coming to this practice for years. The reception staff are always friendly. There is a great turnover of dentists, my latest visit was with a different dentist to the last one. I was there for a checkup. I had no detailed inspection, just a prod to check for gum disease. All over! Wow! Less than 5 minutes. I felt I was in a swing door. I agree with efficiency, but not at the cost of customer satisfaction.
Jaime and Michelle are amazing at what they do. By far the best dental centre I have been to. Cannot recommend them enough - thank you, ladies!
The reception staff are lovely, friendly & helpful. Saw Jaime for the first time re: an implant. She ran thru’ the procedure, emailed info for me to look at later, and told me what is going on with my teeth and gums and how to take better care of them, much appreciated that you fitted me in at short notice! I am a private patient who has been coming here for many years, had my check up a few weeks ago with no problems which cost me nearly £150, I have now some issues with my gum on my wisdom tooth and I need antibiotics, called them today with severe pain but they could not help said they were fully booked up and to call 101, what is the point of going private and paying all this money when you have a problem they can’t help. It seems it is fine and dandy when all you need is a check up , when something goes wrong. or you need them in a hurry. they are absolutely stacked out and cannot fit you in.. Sorry, but I am moving to another Dentist. Sorry to leave my Dentist was brilliant by the way.
Have used this Practice for many years, has always been good. One thing I've noticed recently however is that because some Staff are not available every day of the week then getting a suitable appointment can be difficult.
Very good at putting me at ease and making sure I was ok during my treatment.
Great practice. I was very anxious and the dentist talked me through plan and fees explained clearly. Very welcoming and friendly receptionist. I would recommend for a very professional and friendly dental centre 10/10 .
Great service and treatment as always. Polite knowledgeable staff. A shame the government doesn’t put more into dentistry then everyone could have the same experience
Frustrating that my 6 monthly check up was cancelled twice, third time lucky and dentist turnover seems high after having seen only 2 or 3 dentists over the past 25 years. Just get settled in with a dentist then I'm having to see a new one. Dentist didnt seem as friendly and felt rushed this time, so not my best experience to date
Brilliant, professional, friendly, & as pain-free as having a tooth out, could possibly be, thanks! Answered my questions, even when I needed to ask more than once.
