Dr aqim was great! Had an emergency appointment today for my front tooth that had cracked and he repaired and reassured me through the whole process. He was Very polite and his assistant also. I’m also grateful for the receptionist team who listened to my concern and gave me an emergency appointment! Thank you!
I’ve bern using mydentist for over 10 years and have to say my current dentist, Anar Vyas, is excellent. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist and often feel nervous but she has a friendly manner that calms you and puts you at ease. She explains everything clearly, what treatment options there and what she advises is best for you. I’ve had fillings done without the need for injections which I’d never dream of before, but with her expertise it gets done. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
We have been using Mydentist for a few years now and have always had a good experience with the dentist Anar and assistance Kayleigh. We called last week and the week before and they where so helpful and understanding explaining everything to my wife and myself. My wife is very nervous but they were so sympathetic. She had a tooth removed and some fillings and Anar made the whole procedure quick and painless. We would also like to say that the reception staff are really very friendly and helpful also. Thank you.
My experience today was excellent, I can honestly say I didn't feel any pain or discomfort when I had my treatment. Davinder and nadia worked well together and ensured my experience was pleasant. I do need to add this procedure was a private appointment so they had more time rather than being rushed on the NHS time frame. I Would recommend this dental practice.
I had a terrible experience with a new dentist and her assistant, as my own dentist is on leave. They made me nearly throw up several times, for letting filling bits go down my throat, the dentist was well aware of the bits because I had to keep pulling them out of my mouth, not once did she tell the assistant to do her job! they didn’t read my notes not looking I had arthritis in my jaw, and left a new filling really sharp poking in my gums, I had to point this out for the dentist, only then did they try to fix it. Very uncomfortable, was not alright going back to same dentist, as I have anxiety problems, asked manager if I could have another dentist, they flatly refused, disregarding my mental health, and physical health, knowing full well what I had been through, manager Ben did not care about patient treatment.
My previous dentist left and I hadn't had an appointment for quite a while, things haven't always gone smoothly but I met I presume my new dentist Saadia at my appointment today and she has put back my confidence in them. I have a follow up appointment and I'm optimistic all will be well, thank you.
I have been using Mydentist for years now but today I my daughter was seen by Aqim one of the dentists and he was amazing. My daughter is really nervous and doesn’t even like talking about teeth but Aqim was so reassuring and professional that he managed to get my daughter to agree to have a tooth removed which needed to come out and he made the whole procedure quick and painless. The reception staff are really friendly and helpful also. Overall would recommend 100%
I was unable to find an NHS dentists and over the years of waiting for one my teeth got so much worse. Eventually I booked in with my dentist, at Bramley and saw a lovely lady called Anar. She has not only restored my smile but my faith in dentists. A kind and patient lady who understood my anxiety, and took great care in restoring my teeth. Although private is extremely expensive my teeth look incredible. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Anar
I attended an emergency appointment with Mr Jaffary last week . From start to finish he made me feel at ease and talked through the treatment . He did everything to try and find what was causing me pain. I left feeling very optimistic that the problem was resolved . After 5 days the pain has not really improved so will be getting Back in touch to try and resolve my pain. I would not hesitate to return to this dental practice
Had really bad experiences in the past with dentists as a kid. As I've got older I've avoided going to the dentist as much as possible. When I have gone and been asked to book my check up appointments, I just haven't bothered and thought I could avoid it for as long as possible until I've had problems again. Recently i had to return to the dentist and in all honesty I was dreading it. When I booked my appointment I found I'd been assigned a new dentist to see which I wasn't really happy with I don't take to change too well. Anyway I met Aqim Ali Jaffary who I had been given as a temporary dentist to see. Well I can say he is a total pleasure to see. My first appointment was to see what work needed doing he talked me through everything. Asked me to book my next 2 appointments for the work doing, when I did so I requested to have him again and asked if he could be my dentist permanently which speaks volumes for someone like me who doesn't adapt to change very quickly. I've since had my 2 appointments all work has been done and I felt at ease in both appointments. When he's asked me to book my next check up for 3 months time to make sure the works he's done is still to a high standard. So I've booked it straight away. He's explained what the possibility is that what other work may need to be done if the tooth that I've left for so long and avoided having repaired when I should of had it done straight away. He's done his absolute best to avoid it though knowing I'm not 100% keen on been at the dentist and it's the first time I've walked away feeling confident with what a dentist has done for me. I can't thank him enough. Thankyou Aqim. 5 stars for him. And 5 starts for the practice in all.
