Arrived for a 2pm appointment at 1:45 and was told to wait outside in the blistering heat because apparently they have their dinner in the waiting room?When we did arrive the receptionist didn't even look at us she just held the phone to her ear and blanked us. When my Partner greeted her she did not reply she just stuck a form in her face and told her to fill it out. Dire reception team and the rest of the reviews highlight this problem. The fact they're done nothing about it speaks volumes. That being said the dentist and the assistant that we had were lovely and very professional.
Staff are all so lovely and friendly at this dental practice. The excellent care and comfortable environment makes each visit a positive experience. I would definitely recommend going here if you need a new dentist. The team are so welcoming and supportive!
Every time I come to the practice for an appointment I’m super impressed by the reception team. They’re always so smiley and helpful. I had a toothache and they booked me in straight away, highly recommend.
I am extremely nervous when it comes to any dental procedures. However Dr Chana eased my worries and talked me through the whole procedure from start to finish. Brilliant service with a smile. A dentist who really cares goes a long way to rebuilding the trust from past traumatic experiences I’ve had with other dentists. Five stars from me.
I strongly recommend this place. The reception staff was very professional and managed my appointments accordingly and politely. The dentist was approachable and fixed my tooth problem straight away.

As a nervous and anxious patient, I cannot recommend this dentist enough. I saw Dr Chana who was very calming when he completed my fillings, really putting me at ease.

I had my teeth treated in this clinic and then all the fillings fell out in less than a year, including severe pain for almost the entire year, I came with a hole in my tooth and the dentist said he didn't have time for me today, he filled the hole without cleaning, yesterday I had to remove the tooth because it hurt too much due to the incompetence of this clinic and employees, incomplete dentist, constant changes of dentists, I don't recommend this crap
Really good dentist after taking 5 years to get a dentist they was so welcoming specially with me having a massive fear of dentist the lady on the front desk was so welcoming and helped me feel at ease when I was worried about my work getting done, she helped calm me down and even offerd me a drink to settle my nerves amazing service highly recommend!
