This driver Ali was absolutely brilliant, I am on a ventilator and palliative care and shouldn’t leave the house but I had to, he waited for me to come out of my house, went to the cash machine for me . I would like you to tell him that I have given him a good review and he deserves some acknowledgment from your company. I have used a lot of TAXI’S and he is literally one of the best drivers I have had. He was extremely helpful, polite, caring very empathetic. His vehicle was very clean and smelt fresh he clearly ensures that for his passengers. Ali is an excellent employee who takes care of his passengers, treats them with respect and kindness and is very conscientious about his work and the welfare of his passengers. I am very impressed and grateful for all his assistance this morning. If it is at all possible for any future trips I might have to take that he could be able to pick me up it would be amazing.
My last driver I’m not sure of his cab number. Had flowers in his car! He was so friendly and his car was perfectly clean and smelt so nice. Which make a change from some cabs. I recommend him to everyone!!

I ordered my taxi very early this morning and the driver arrived quickly, he put my rollater into the boot whilst I got in the car. I was stressing but he assured me about my concerns of getting stuck in traffic. We had very nice conversations and he was very patient when I got confused. My journey home was made pleasant by the driver which was nice I arrived home relaxed and ready to prepare for the workmen who are due. Great customer service, Thank you,
Ordered a taxi today, black Ford Mondeo BX14 UWW. It was absolutely filthy inside and out, and smelt awful. I told the driver that it needed cleaning, and he said he had just picked it up whatever that meant. I was quite late for a hospital appointment, otherwise I would have refused to get in, it was that bad. I have always used Intime and they have been fabulous, with spotless cars and very pleasant drivers. So sad that this driver has let them down.
Prompt, polite driver and reasonable price. However, he drove way over the speed limit in the 20mph zone around my house and I felt compelled to tell him. Fast acceleration everywhere made me feel a but unwell to be honest, and then he tailgated a car for some time on a 30mph road. I appreciate we've all got to make money, but they don't do the reputation of private hire drivers any favours.
The driver was not on time and waited 30 minutes and then took another means home. Funny enough, the driver called me when I was already at home he was at my pick-up position and he told him I was already at home and that he was late.
Driver was helpful during moving bags in and out of the car, he was patient and spoke well with us. The operator spoke well with us as. Taxi arrived at the right time. No complaints
Our trip to the Co Op stadium went well, picked up on time and a friendly/helpful driver, who when we asked, assured us it would be no problem for a pick up after the concert. I rang for a taxi after the event to be told there was nothing available in the area for a least 40 mins and they couldn't help, so a nearly three mile walk back to our accommodation, mostly in the rain!! Needless to I would not recommend this firm!!! If I could give zero stars I would, not impressed one bit.
I've not used intime in years until today cos i moved out of the area. Still the absolute generals when it comes to Private Hire Vehicles. What a service. What a company. INTIME
