CHECK the FULL SERVICE HISTORY yourself before you bought an approved used car. I walked in the dealership in January and Shahin said to me the car had full service history and I believed it is true. However, when I figured out how to check service history on i-drive, I found out the car missed service history. After 7 month after, I went back to dealership to check the missing history, they said they can’t find the history hence the price to my car. Well, from my point of view, if the service history is not there, you should not accept the car as an approved used BMW, at least tell the customer that it missed 1 service. Also please check the mileage on your car before you purchase them, there might be some difference between what they advertised online than the actual mileage. Overall, the parts guy Chris and my sale Shahin are really nice and friendly people.
Collected my M135i today, I can’t speak highly enough of the team and Kal who was professional, polite and very helpful. The experience was outstanding from the get go, I highly recommend Stratstone BMW Derby to anyone looking for a new BMW! I most definitely will be returning for my next car :

I'm not rating the sales team - I've never used them. 5 stars given to the parts department however! I receive excellent service from each and every one of them on a daily basis. Danielle, Dan, Alex, Chris, Lucy and Sean. I email as I'm extremely busy and don't want to waste time calling and I receive quick and efficient replies. They're spot on when asking for obscure parts - they're extremely knowledgeable, unlike other dealers, and extremely friendly! Their workshop have even helped out our workshop at times, which is unheard of. Just overall excellent, efficient and super friendly service. Thank you guys!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. After making an initial booking to have my car serviced yesterday, only to be told the workshop hadn't even taken the car in to begin a small job. Made several calls to the dealership today, the phone just rings and rings, when you finally get answered by a sales team member who offer to put you through to service, you are then put on hold until someone in the service department picks up the receiver and cuts you off. Shocking for saying this is a main dealer, have never experienced such poor customer service from a prestige brand. Avoid! Will go to Nottingham from now on
