So pleased with the service received at Parkway Volkswagen. Philip really went above and beyond, he was patient and explained everything thoroughly. Always checking back if I had questions. Also a massive Thank You to Dave, we could not have been any better looked after. The car is a beaut and i'm genuinely so happy with the service from both Philip and Dave.
Good experience buying our 2021 Touareg. Kate Jones was attentive and helpful right from coming over to ask if she could help. Good test drive which led to the purchase of the car with which we are delighted.
Very professional and hospitable customer service, who made the process of buying a car as easy as possible from start to finish. Josh was very helpful and informative in explaining the details of new the car, with regularly checking if I had any questions. Plus followed it up with a phone call the following day, to check that everything was as expected with the car, and if any questions had since come up. Really happy with the car itself aswell! So would highly recommend Parkway and will be looking to use again in the future.
The team were friendly, helpful and responsive throughout my purchase. I live a fair way away from the dealership and Josh offered to do a video of the car so I could see what it was like and make sure I was happy. On the day Josh took the time to show me around the car and made the transaction straightforward. The team followed up with me and have been responsive since the sale too!

Really pleased with the service I received at Parkway Derby. Firstly, Sam Chell was extremely helpful and patient. I test drove the car straight away which solidified my decision to purchase it, along with the fact it was in immaculate condition and was a great deal! I called here to look at a couple of VW's cars and spoke with a very polite and helpful young man called John. He took the time to show me where the cars were and answered all my questions. The overall experience as a customer was excellent, I found John to be professional, polite and knowledgeable. The showroom was clean, well presented and had a great selection of cars in it. They have a good sized car park with easy access, disabled parking, toilets and entrance, with seating and drinks facilities inside. I would recommend them as a dealer for anyone wanting to look at VW cars.
Went to Parkway upon invite and ended up ordering a new vehicle. The customer service from one of the reps there was awesome and bless him, he did me an excellent quote. I ordered my vehicle and received my motor on the day I was booked in for collection. I highly recommend Parkway VW if you’re looking for a motor. These guys are brilliant. They have a loyal customer now. Oh yeah I love my VW.

I recently purchased a VW Tiguan, MK2 model, from Parkway VW. Phil was knowledgeable in all aspects including vehicle specifications, servicing, finance packages available and he helped guide me through the whole process. Phil called me within 24hours of collecting the car to check that I was happy, which was good as it turned out there are a couple of glitches that need addressing. He said that he will help me with these issues and would come back to me soon. Provided all is followed through, I would highly recommend Phil and Parkway.
