Saw a car on their website and called in to have a look at it. While we were looking over it we bumped into Matt....he asked if he could help with anything and we had a few questions for him. He was very knowledgeable and very likeable to deal with,we were put at ease very quickly. We bought the car and the whole experience was very straightforward and very pleasant ....thanks to Matt. So far....very pleased with the car and the price we purchased it at We certainly wouldn't hesitate to call in there again sometime in the future.

Just back from purchasing a car with excellent assistance from Vic. He was extremely welcoming and supportive... no pushy sales pitch at all. Listened to what I wanted and respected my price budget. He was thorough and as someone who finds making decisions difficult, Vic was super patient and offered us so much information and alternatives. Could not recommend this service enough.... He even gave us cupcakes when finalising the deal!!! I'm ecstatic, thanks so much!
I was looking for a car with easier access than my Corsa and happened to find the car I wanted advertised at Pentagon Vauxhall Derby. My initial enquiry was responded to quickly and Vick Sandhu, the sales person I was talking to had a discussion with me, we came to an agreement regarding my p/x and arranged a handover date/time with no problems at all. On the day, I needed to bring forward the handover time and Vick met my request with no hesitation. The reception was excellent, polite and friendly, transaction was carried out efficiently and coffee was served. Vick then took me around the car pointing out the controls, radio and so on and sent me on my way with plenty of petrol. The whole business was painless, no problems whatsoever and I recommend Pentagon Vauxhall Derby and commend Vick Sandhu for his service.
Had the best experience with Paul and Bailey they were both very helpful and professional. The process was pretty straightforward and all went smoothly love my new car!!
Sales staff member Josh could not have been more helpful. Every step of the process fully explained in detail and left with my new van purchase a happy customer. Highly recommended if you require a van.
Recently part exchanged at Pentagon for a bigger family car. The service was excellent. I dealt with 2 staff members, one who showed us the car and then we came back later in the day and dealt with Callum for the purchase. Callum was very professional and friendly, not pushy and very helpful with our needs due to needing a car asap before baby arrives. Excellent service, very happy.
Helpful, kind and friendly staff. Vick helped guide me through the process of purchasing my car through PCP finance. Was able to reserve, sign documents and collection within 2 days. Very fast pace, no messing around and would highly recommend even if you are traveling long distance!
