I wish to speak from the heart dealing with the staff in Salisbury. I find them extremely helpful, honest and genuine and there is no hard sell with them. They always put the customers needs first and in particular I have become familiar with Beth and we have a good working relationship. I have serious mental health issues and also Aspergers Syndrome and Beth is very understanding and patient in regards to everything being exact. I will always stick with Apple and this company due to customer care and the iPhone is brilliant and user friendly. And if an Apple or Stormfront would like me to do an advert for them, I'd happily do it for free and they would get the Aspergers platinum award which is highly sort after!!!!

Broke my wife’s phone during battery replacement. Admitted fault but refused to pay for damage. Now left with broken phone. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please don’t copy our mistake,  just go directly to Apple in Southampton.

Splendid! 
Staff are great and friendly very helpful when had issues with my Macbook, quick repair.
Will go again!

EDIT: Upon reading other reviews I notice people are reviewing this place badly because of their own errors IE: They are upset their phone has been damaged. That wouldn't be the fault of the store, but of the person.

Really wouldn't recommend this place, you certainly DON'T get the Apple experience, much better to go to a factory store. I found the staff rude, arrogant and dismissive, did not take us seriously even when we had pre-booked an appointment via Apple helpline. They appear to be just out to make a quick buck, even thought I live locally I would rather make the effort to see the experts in Southampton. Would not ever go there again.

Went in with a problem with an iPhone, which had locked me out. Staff very professional with a lot of knowledge. Very good experience shopping there unlike o2 who said not there problem. 20 mins later all done. Many thanks.
