Booked Ace taxis for several trips during the past week. This included return airport transfers from Bristol for 9 adults staying at Center Parcs and also transfers from Center Parcs for 12 adults attending a wedding in Sturminster Newton. Excellent communication from Paul during booking process, with emails confirming our journeys. Also very competitive prices and extremely reliable, friendly and prompt service in clean and comfortable cars/minibuses. Thankyou to Paul and also our other driver Przemyslaw
We have just used Ace Taxis for our airport run to and back from Bristol Airport. Punctual service, lovely and clean. Very reliable and confirmed my pick up the day before. I can't thank you enough for making our 3.30am run smooth and stress free.

We have been using ace taxis for the last six weeks to take us from Warminster to Bath for my wife’s chemotherapy treatment. They have proved to be totally reliable, are always on time and are simple to book. Their driver is excellent and the car is always clean and tidy. Their prices are fair and affordable. We have been so pleased with the service that we have booked them for the remainder of my wife’s treatment. Highly recommended.
I am very sorry to say that I can not give a 5/5 star rating for this firm, not even 1/5. The reason for this is because he let my 17 year old daughter down last Friday Evening as he did not turn up to pick her up from Warminster Station @ 8.17pm. I rang the week before as I had read that someone was pleased that he was a family man and talked about his children favourably. This gave me the reassurance to contact him. He said to phone on the morning of the day I wanted to book this for her, which my Husband did do. My Husband was reassured as the man remembered my conversation with him the week before. Why then did he leave my daughter stranded? There were other Taxi's there which my daughter went up to and asked if it was her Taxi, they all said no and that they couldn't take her except 1 from DJ's Taxi although he did get into an argument with another driver as they all said they couldn't take her unless she cancelled with ACE Taxi's. How could she cancel with them when it was them who didn't turn up. So I would like to thank the Taxi Man who took my daughter to Centre Parks to meet her Friends!!! I have since tried to call ACE taxi's on numerous occasions but it just goes on to answer phone. I did not want to leave a message as I wanted to talk directly to the man that I booked it with who has let us all down and put my daughter in a very vulnerable position!!!
Fantastic, punctual and polite driver. Beautiful clean car that was very comfortable for our long drive to the airport and accomadated our suitcases with ease. Driver was lovely and chatty, talking about his 2 children.
Offer wheel chair service but on multiple occasions let us down, always had an excuse or denied there was a booking, when questioned had awfull phone manner. Discrimination against disabled for profit on better runs no doubt. Well the person in question was my 72 year farther who now has to collect my wheel chair bound sister because you prefer an airport run over helping. After multiple let downs he is understandably frustraighted and angry.
Ace Taxis picked up items and delivered to our customer within an hour. They emailed a drop off time and photo of delivered item. Very impressed with their service. Thank you for your help Ace Taxis!
Failed to turn up!!! Me, my wife and two young children and luggage with a train to catch. Had made the booking two weeks prior; had then clarified details of the booking provision of child seats - which couldn't be provided but I confirmed the booking anyway; it was not a long trip and no other company had child seats either. Left stranded and missed the train. Doesn't deserve the one star I'm forced to provide.
Small family run company offering local or long distance journeys, 4 6 seater taxis available. Airport taxis include free bottled water, smartly dressed drivers, clean cars and free flight monitoring.
