Great service. Very flexible. Personable guys. We were a bit disorganised and said we'd be leaving, then we weren't then we were. Never a problem. Also when we moved our stuff there the first time, our van broke down at the site but the Storage King guys they helped ensure the AA could get access even when the car park was supposed to be shut. Really helpful. Thanks.
First class service from the guys at Chester storage king. The experience was really professional from start to finish communication excellent facility very clean and all the kit you need to be able to manage your storage. Highly recommended would use again. Oh and really reasonably priced to

I have been using Storage King in Chester for around 18 months and have nothing but good things to say. The staff are friendly and offer a great service, the facility is spotlessly clean and secure, there is a wide range of different sized units check availability of course and the admin part of forms etc is simple and dealt with quickly and efficiently. At one point I also needed to change unit size and this was arranged quickly and without fuss. Great service.
I have used Storage king, Chester on and off for a few years now and have always had great service. The units and building are very clean and the lads in the office go above and beyond to help make your stay go smoothly.
The staff here are so friendly and helpful. Whilst other storage companies in the area had loads of added extras when it came to cost, these guys were straightforward and transparent with the costs upfront. When we arrived to drop out stuff we were greeted by the same person we spoke with on the telephone when we booked and she was familiar with our requirements and got all our paperwork sorted quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend Storage King Chester
These guys were amazing. I had never used storage before so was clueless, but they explained all of their policies etc.. They actually went above and beyond especially James 100% recommend!!
