I've just come home from collecting my bike from Stones in Highcliffe and I am 100% satisfied with the helpfulness, speediness of service (within a few hours) and value for money. I bought decent lights too and am really pleased and reassured to be back on the road safely having having a fixed bike. Totally recommend them for any bike paraphernalia.

Been using these guys now for a few years. Purchased 2 mountain bikes last year, had many services and repairs carried out here and they deliver an absolutely 1st class service. Helpful, friendly, no hard sell and very reasonable. No matter how big or small the job, these guys always seem to go that extra mile. I would now never use anyone else. Thank you Bike Works.

Very helpful people, nothing too much trouble. Maintains and ells all sorts of bikes new and second hand. Don't bother going anywhere else!

I have had nothing but brilliant service from this shop.  I bought a tricycle on line which came badly made up.  So I took it to Bike Works to check and adjust.  They reset the gears.  Altered the sticking brakes. Adjusted the handle bars and saddle, blew up the tires and charged me £5 for the whole lot.   A few weeks later I bought my 18 year old Granddaughter a town and country bike from Bike Works.  The chap insisted she road test before we bought, then adjusted it there and then to fit her and told her that after she had ridden it for a couple of days to come back if there was any more adjusting to do.  This she did.  More time was spent on getting it perfect for her at no extra charge.   Wonderful service.

Had a puncture whilst out for day and a long way from home town.  Went to this shop luckily nearby, and the owner was supremely helpful.
20 minutes later new inner tube fitted and pumped up tyre for I think 5 or 6 £'s.
Brilliant, back on road with rest of motley riders.  Now take out a puncture kit but would not hesitate to use shop again and again if needs required.
Well Done 1st Class.
