The station itself is adequate but the area is seriously neglected by the local authority. People are allowed to dump their rubbish on the open areas beside hedges on the walkways nearby. Needs CCTV or concealed cameras to catch whoever is bringing their rubbish to the area to dispose of it.
I tapped at Kenton. The machine barriers didnt register because they were already open and tbh i had headphones in and didnt look at the greenlight. I got to stonebridge and got taxed upon exiting. Spoke to the CSA named Ty and he explained what i feared had happened. Without judging he just asked to understand and empathize and refunded my £2 journey which took me out the minus. There are gems out there. Just gotta find em. Thank you Ty.
This station, staff are absolutely useless, have no idea what's going on, if you ask them when the train is they just walk offor ignore you, the board to say when the train will next come hasn't worked in months, a ton of people here waiting and no information given. Absolutely ridiculous to have to buy a travel card for such crap service.
It is a bit of a grim station stuck in quite dismal surroundings.nNot sure about disabled access as there are quite a lot of stairs but I did not see any lifts, so worth checking out if you are disabled or a parent with a pushchair.nSeemed tidy but no staff around.
The sewage pipes in front of the station burst every two to three months, which is far from ideal in terms of hygiene. The facilities inside the station are outdated. Additionally, if the train schedule is delayed, the station becomes overcrowded with passengers.nnIf the system allowed giving no stars, I would choose to give none at all.
