Each step was carefully explained, each explanation of paperwork was concise, each step of learning how to drive this new technically advanced car -was done in a sensitive and reassuring manner till understood. Other members of the team were also very professional, and very approachable. A great experience and one I would highly recommend to other considering buying a new car… Stoneacre were 5 star!
Really gone downhill. Customer service extremely poor, made a complaint & was immediately dismissed. We were told my partner’s car fixes would be covered under my partner’s warranty, and the only charge would be £100 for diagnostics so he took it in on this basis. Then told, once they had the car and keys, it would be another £600 to fix, and would not give us the keys back until he paid the £100. When he complained about this, was just told over the phone “I’m not sure why you would have been told this”. Had really good service historically having got all our cars from Stoneacres Harrogate but there is a new team and the way he has been treated is appalling. Won’t be returning for our next car.
I recently went to Mazda stone acre to have work done on my car, I was welcomed by Jodie who was very lovely and helpful from the beginning till the end . I also found Josh and Alfie very approachable and easy to talk to with any enquiries I had about my car. Thanks guys :
I had my car booked for 4 tyres at 8:30-9:30 slot. I dropped the car at 9am and was told there’s one car ahead of me in the list but even that hadn’t been started yet. After 2 hours or waiting for 4 tyres, multiple different messages regarding the progress being made, I eventually got my car without the old tyres that they took off, despite them specifically calling me asking if I want to keep them as they’re good. 11:11 I was able to leave with my car, old tyres and 4 new tyres fit. Over 2 hours to fit 4 tyres.
took my Mazda in for its service today and couldn’t fault the service received by Jodie in the service department. kept me updated all day and sorted me out for additional transport at time of booking. always good to see smiling faces at Stoneacre Harrogate. Thanks Jodie :
I recently bought a new Mazda from Stoneacre in Harrogate and was very pleased with the service I received. I dealt with Jessica at Stoneacre and she was excellent from start to finish. Very quick to respond to queries, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Overall the consulting and sales process from the Stoneacre Harrogate team was of a very high standard. The only downside was the overly enthusiastic after-sales contact which I assume was not directly from Stoneacre Harrogate. In the days after purchasing the car, I received a numerous e-mails, texts and phone calls all trying to sell be various service/insurance plans. I don't mind, and even expect, a bit of after-sales from a business, but the volume on this occasion was excessive. Still, the after-sales have not changed an otherwise brilliant experience dealing with Stoneacre Harrogate and I would like to particularly thank Jessica for the excellent service she provided. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely consider Stoneacre Harrogate again in the future.
I bought a new car with Stoneacre in Harrogate on Wednesday. Had amazing service from Tom who had only been in the job a week, I would never of know this. He made the process as stress free as possible. Also Jason helped me though the scary Finance part. He was both professional and kind. I'm so grateful for both their hard work and kind words. I'm loving my new set of wheels. I would highly recommend both of theses people.
Couple of minor issues noticed after used car purchase. But credit where it is due I have received some excellent after care from Richard and Janet in the service department and all issues resolved quickly, thanks to Richard and the team and a thanks to Harry in sales for the follow up call.
