Wonderful customer service yesterday! A member of staff on clothing went out of her way to get me a dressing gown from the store room. On leaving. I stupidly left a purchase at the customer service desk and another lovely lady ran after me into the car park to give it to me. Thank you both.
I order my home shopping on the latest slot in the day 2200-2300 because I don't get home from work until 2200, however, the drivers regularly turn up 1 hour, 1 hour 30 minutes, even 2 hours earlier than my chosen slot when I am still at work. Sometimes they will wait or return but a lot of the times they just leave and cancel the order and I am left wasting time chasing refunds that take a week to arrive.
I came to collect my order from the local unit and found myself in a very disgusting situation in which your staff moved as if they were not in the mood for work and besides that they also make fun of the delivery drivers, laughing in front of them and treating me with the same ignorance with which they served me....There were many crates outside and some of them had frozen products in them and they were left with the same ignorance at an inappropriate temperature..... The housekeeper came to talk to one of the delivery drivers and she behaved very badly, letting us explain to her what the problem was with her staff.... A very disappointing experience and the young boys 20-22 years old who was put to serve customers had an inappropriate and unprofessional attitude...
Asda Harrogate is my go-to supermarket - excellent range of goods and excellent value for money. The hardworking, helpful and most pleasant staff make it a positive shopping experience. Well Done!!
Isles are to close together, some of security in past have been rude & breached my privacy law plus snatched my receipt of me make sure I paided instead of getting staff member print last receipt to do checks complained to manager & thankfully he left 3 weeks later. Asda staff are great helpful group of staff.
