Parts department is disappointing. Tried around 20 times to get through nobody answers the phone. Got through to another department, they tried to get through to parts and couldn't so left a message for Parts to ring me back. They never do. Kept ringing and finally ordered the parts. Was supposed to get a call to say they've arrived, but they didnt ring. So I went through and the parts department is filthy! Not what you would expect to see in a Main Dealer, Looks worse than most back street garages.
Staff friendly and informative. Transfer of old vehicle to new very smooth.nPurchase, explanation of finance options and follow up excellent. Well looked after by Marcel Webster and support from Ash Hopkins.nCouldn't have hoped for a better experience. Would recommend Stoneacre Doncaster to anyone wanting to purchase a new car
our experience was very positive, we received fantastic customer service from Ash Hopkins who is a credit to your business. He not only had amazing customer service skills but he excelled in his knowledge and skills at supporting us with setting the car up for us and explaining all its features. From browsing to purchasing we had a fantastic stress free experience. Mikey Deaves was the first port of call and he was a friendly and approachable man who assisted us and arranged for us to test drive both cars we were interested in. We felt no pressure and was able to return in our own time to purchase the one we chose. We have received follow up calls to ensure all is well by Mikey We wont hesitate in returning and we would strongly recommend buying from your branch. Thankyou for all of the service we have received the friendly approachable manner in which we were dealt with.
Had a great experience with Stoneacre Doncaster. Rebecca was really helpful, friendly and professional throughout and made everything really easy and straightforward. She was happy to answer any questions and made the whole experience a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend Rebecca and the team!
After being made redundant and having to return my work car, I urgently needed a replacement ahead of starting my new job on Monday. From the very first contact with Vertu head office through to my experience in the Doncaster showroom, the service was absolutely outstanding.nnA special thank you to Shaim Singh, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and understanding of my situation and tight timeline. He took a completely stress-free approach, really listening to my individual needs and tailoring everything to suit me.nnShaim delivered excellent customer service from start to finish, making the whole process quick, efficient, and seamless. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during what could have been a very stressful time.nnA true credit to Vertu Motors—thank you so much!
