6 month old Mercedes Truck. Cab heater packed up. Been in 3 times for repair. Going in again Thursday till Monday morning. Full exhaust strip down. The worst truck I've had in 25 years. That includes 2 Ivecos.

Been useing N/side 4 many years now & my sprinter was in 4 a recall. I had an issue with the replacement item. Please 2 say Northside & MB saved the day.nRemember, quality counts & the van in front is a Mercedes
I would highly recommend Doncaster Northside.nMy truck goes in every six weeks for its inspection and they do a great job. Quick turnaround if something needs fixing.nnThe staff are great, very professional and friendly. You can have a good laugh with them, it’s always nice to have a bit of banter with them.
Good luck trying to contact these guys. Two attempts to get through to servicing today 45 mins and then an hour on hold before giving up. Would have been quicker to walk there from Leeds to speak to them
