Being refurbished.. perhaps even closed, terrible parking and signage, caravan parking area sign hidden behind huge sign. Costa busy as no other place for coffee unless you walk to mcdonalds round the back in separate area.nRoad conditions poor especially exit...don't go there with low sports car.
Went for an interview but had no reply or feedback , even though the 2 ladies interviewers were nice and we got along quite well ???
Great people here at BCA very helpful and respectful
On the day of my visit, it was raining heavy, but the staff did not seem very helpful, apart from one lady in an office around the back of the site
Waiting time for car collection was too long even when we telephoned for the vehicle to be prepared before we get to collection. Staffs are sometimes rude, you never know who you talking to so be nice.
