DO NOT TRUST ONLY INTERESTED IN YOUR MONEY bought some wheels in January with this website you put in your car details and it brings up all the wheels that are MEANT to fit once I received the wheels i put them on to find the rear wheels protrude the wheel arch and ground out when i go over speed bumps or small bumps in the road my car is completely standard i have not modified it what so ever. After emailing the company trying to get the correct rear wheels they refused and said their is nothing wrong with this fitment and their should be no issues. What a horrible company they have no customer service skills what so ever greedy money grabbing company

Poor aftersales service. If you get a problem they will go out of their way to be as unhelpful as possible. Lie to you. And give you the runaround!! Ordered a set of wheels and one of the centrecaps was damaged with a clip missing. No big deal I thought, they will just send out a replacement surely? I messaged them with pictures and requested a replacement.... no reply - so couple days later I called them, and was told the replacement part had shipped. Great!! However after a few days nothing arrived in the post, so messaged again.... was told another had been sent in the post.... same thing again and again.... and again. (Supposedly 3 in the post so far) Still no replacement part arrived, and they have since stopped replying to messages. Opened a complaint on eBay to try and get the replacement part sent. Still no part, still going through the eBay complaints procedure, with them being evasive and dragging it out, their only correspondence is the original tracking number for the wheels... no mention of a replacement part, apology or excuse. They seem to have NO INTEREST in helping me. It’s probably only a 10p clip. Well worth damaging your reputation for. **Thumbs up**

Great guys here, I came in the other day not knowing what I wanted and I spent about an hour with frank and I left with the perfect set of wheels, excelent service I can't reccomend them enough.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Ordered a set of wheels meant to be delivered Tuesday the following Thursday 2wheels arrived got told the other 2 had been sent somewhere else after waiting 2days for the other 2 excitedly went to my local garage took my exsisting wheels off to find there was no wheels bolts or spigot rings after putting my old wheels back on to wait for the bolts and ring to arrive the next day the post man delivers a parcel with bolts and no spigot rings it’s now Saturday and have been told to wait till Tuesday for the spigot rings I asked if they could compensate me the price of the rings and I’ll buy them myself locally and was told the bolts and spigot ring sets are free so there’s no way or refunding you so I’ve now gotta wait till Tuesday to put on the wheels I’ve paid nearly £1000 for........I must say the sales man (JAMES) was helpful to an extent but overall very disappointed

Nothing but problems. Bought a set of £700 wheels through eBay. Originally contacted them to say I wasn’t happy with the condition as they had lacquer peel around the centre bores. Didn’t get a reply for 5 days via eBay, once again I then had to wait another 5 days for a reply. Originally I asked for £100 compensation which I didn’t think was unreasonable nor did Adam who I dealt with. As all four refurbished would have been around £200, maybe more. He came back and told me he could only give me £80 as that is ‘all the supplier would give’. He told me no manager was on site to do anything about this £20 extra that I wanted. Which is hard to believe a big company that doesn’t have a duty manager if the sales manager is away. I accepted the £80 as reading from other reviews the aftersales isn’t the strongest point for the business. If I had received the extra £20 I would have never bothered to write a review. But just down to the poor communication and no apology at any point throughout the process I’m leaving this review. For anyone reading this spend the extra and deal the a company that cares about the customer and not the profit margin!!
