Have been to this salon three times now, but haven't been for almost two years. Had the lovely Amber cut my hair yesterday and she was amazing! She was friendly and had a bit of a chat, but equally didn't force the conversation which sometimes makes me feel a bit awkward. Amber cut my hair efficiently and also noticed that it was uneven where it had been cut before and immediately corrected it. I also happen to be 9 months pregnant and came over very faint and sick during my blow-dry nothing wrong with the salon, I think I'd just been leaning back for my hair wash and my organs got a bit squished!. I told Amber and she immediately offered me food, drink or to take the gown off to make me more comfortable. A colleague continued to ply me with snacks and, although I felt like a pain, I was so well taken care of! Will not hesitate to return and will be asking for Amber when I do. Thank you so much, and my hair feels so much healthier for visiting you .
I was a model for Sam at the salon for L’Oréals new selection of colours, from the moment I had stepped into the salon I was made to feel welcome and at ease. The colour Sam did for me today was a beautiful red and I am so happy with it and the confidence I feel for having beautiful hair again.
If you are looking for a hair stylist you who can trust- Lindsey has been the best I have found! She listens to what you want, gives her honest & professional opinion, helps you to understand what can be achieved my hair was covered in box dye and what I wanted wasn’t going to be manageable in one session, so she set realistic expectations, and then does a bloomin’ good job at doing what is agreed on. Not only all that- she is also so easy to speak to! I couldn’t be happier with the level of service provided. My hair looks and feels great. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. I couldn't recommend her enough!!!!! X
An amazing experience with Sam at Kings Hill salon! Listening to my request, offering advice and transforming my ‘summer hair’ to warmer autumnal tones. I could not be happier!! Sam is friendly, knowledgeable and I could not have felt more comfortable and in safe hands. Thank you
Not a great overall experience. I have a fear of hair dressers so i struggle with getting my hair cut. this salon was recommended as apparently they listen to what you ask for. My first two cut and colours were ok, albeit there is a large turnover of staff and every time i've booked i've had to use a new stylist. I reluctantly booked with a third stylist for a cut and colour, and she called me later on to reschedule because it was her mums birthday that day and she didn't have the time to fit it in, we agreed to stick with the cut on the original date but postpone the colour. When my cut appointment came i asked her about the birthday but she'd forgotten she'd lied to me and recalled she'd moved my appointment for it and that her mums birthday was great and she had had a brilliant day celebrating with her, completely forgetting the fact that we hadn't postponed completely. Following this she then proceeded to cut off more than i'd asked her to, and did not use any hair masks or treatments on my hair which they say is all included in their hourly charge and has re-instilled my fear of stylists cutting my hair off. just overall terrible customer service and will never return. My mum also used this salon once to have her hair stripped of hair dye and cut, which they also did not use any treatments or masks, and she had to then go and get her hair redone by a different salon, where her hair had snapped off. she was devastated.
So happy I found Jess at Stone, love my colour for the first time in years and she’s super friendly and professional. Salon always runs on time and booking online is so easy, would recommend!
I highly recommend Sam, she is absolutely amazing. Everything I say to her, she just gets. She’s also done a great job of blending my regrowth so I don’t need it done no where near as much! Also, the coffees are which is an extra plus!
I really love this place. Its always clean amd neat and the staff friendly. My stylist is Mel and she is excellent

A very friendly and professional salon. I have had my hair done by Poppy Winter and I am very pleased with the results. She took time to ask me what I wanted and gave me advice on suitable highlight colours. I would recommend Poppy and the salon to others.Services: Hairstyling
