Fantastic service from Georgia, I love my nails. I've never been anywhere which takes such care and attention before. The staff are so knowledgable as well as just lovely, I feel like I just spent an hour catching up with friends. Highly recommend!Services: Pedicure
I have been going to Mira Mira for many years and the staff are absolutely amazing and very accommodating. Every one of them is so professional and therefore there is no preference to who I have each time, as I know the treatment is going to be excellent. They are so knowledgable and experienced about the therapies and treatments they offer that I would highly recommend any member of the team. It is a beautiful environment to relax and always smells gorgeous, very luxurious and it is very rare to find a beauty salon that feels like a little spa. Mira Mira is a hidden gem. The treatments last a long time and are well priced competitively locally. Recently I wanted to find somewhere that would accommodate my granddaughter who just turned 5. She really wanted a pamper day, so after a discussion with the team, they put themselves out as a special one off experience to plan with me a wonderful couple of hours with her. She had her toes and nails painted and they made her feel so special, even took photographs for her album. She loved the whole experience and so did it. We will be booking on a yearly basis as a birthday treat!. Congrats to the team at Mira Mira for creating a luxury experience every time and not just a visit! Thank you for being part of our community.
Wonderful experience with Katy, excellent manicure and great selection of colours. Atmosphere is very calm and relaxing and easy to book through their website. Equipment is clean and tidy, and very hygienic.
I have been twice, once for a pedicure and also for eyebrow tint and shape, both experiences were excellent, very professional staff and good quality products. Would thoroughly recommend.
I love all my visits to Mira Mira. They are such a friendly team. All my treatments are always done with care and expertise. In fact, I always look forward to going. I have been going to Mira Mira for treatments since it opened and I have NEVER had a bad experience - the service is just second to none and I love going there. The salon is beautifully fit out and such a relaxing atmosphere and the staff are all knowledgeable, friendly, professional and incredibly hard working. Miramira is the best place for beauty treatments.The staff are always so professional, friendly & welcoming creating a lovely atmosphere in the salon. Always very happy with my pedicure which lasts for ages. My daughter & I have been going there years & wouldn't go anywhere else.
I always thoroughly look forward to going to MiraMira when I know I have an appointment on the horizon! I have everything from facials to massages to nails, they're my go to salon. They always use the best products and do my treatments to the highest standard. 100% recommend!
Lovely treatment again today at Miramira. I’ve been going to the Salon for a few years now. I’ve had various treatments from lash/brow tint, spray tans and massages. I generally see Helen who also does the best LVL treatment. I cannot compliment Helen enough, she’s very professional and it’s always a pleasure to catch up since my last visit. Everyone in the Salon is very friendly and if I can’t get an appointment online I always phone and they will always do their best to help.
Really poor, wouldn't recommend - similar experience to the most recent review here. The day before my wedding, my maid of honour and I were 3 minutes late for our appointment for two gel manicures due to the lack of parking in West Malling. The person doing them immediately said there wouldn't be time to do nails for both of us, so my Maid of Honour just sat with me while I had mine done, despite the salon being totally empty apart from us. Found this very disappointing given it was such an insignificant amount of time lost, and that it was for a wedding and she knew it was important for us. She did do my manicure - she was extremely slow and the result was really shoddy. The paint stopped short of the end of my nail, so the manicure did not look good at all - fortunately it was a pale pink/nude colour so wasn't as noticeable as it would have been otherwise, because by then it was way too late for me to arrange a proper manicure anywhere else. My maid of honour had to buy some nail polish in a supermarket and paint her own that evening. Just not the experience you want at all when booking a wedding manicure!
