I don't really like writing bad reviews but I am so furious with the service I've had from Stokers over a tip and tilt chair I bought for my 90-year-old mother I think other people should know. Their customer service has been very poor indeed.  If you want a reclining chair for an older person don't go to Stokers. The chair broke after less than a year. Now they have failed to keep me informed about the progress of the repair which I am paying for.! I don't even want to give them one star.
