The reception staff are friendly and professional. I didn't see the dentist, only the hygienist, which was a lovely girl and done a great job in my mouth with the deep cleaning.

Herded into crowded small waiting area, then squeezed into tiny cramped treatment room. Dentist rushed treatment, taking no time to discuss options or offering any reassurance or explanations. I require complex work but was giving poor advice and misleading information. Won’t return, as need a dentist I can trust rather than being treated like cattle by an outfit cynically trying to ‘extract’ as much money for as little service and in the quickest time possible.

This used to be a good dental clinic. I was registered here for years. On my last two visits however it seemed to me like the standard of care had gone. On my last visit the dentist didn’t look at any of my teeth other than the one that was painful and then went on to do a hard sell with regards to some very expensive private treatment. The NHS option I was told only had a 50/50 chance of being successful. The NHS treatment would be done in a single one hour appointment. I went to see another dentist on the NHS at Mint Dental Centre and was instantly put at ease. The dentist was kind and very thorough. He examined all my teeth and explained that while private options were available there was nothing wrong with the NHS option. He explained that it would require 4 half hour appointments spread over a few weeks to do the job properly. Needless to say I went with Mint and I would advise you to do the same.
