I am so pleased to be able to go to my dentist at this practice. I have had a dread of dental treatment for years before going to this practice. The dentist really understands that phobia and has helped me enormously. My wife also has complete confidence and has had excellent treatment. The nurses I have had are also very kind and professional. The reception staff are very welcoming and charming and make every effort to be as helpful as possible with appointments. I am very grateful.
The receptionists are polite, friendly and understandable, arranged my appointment in the right way. My dentist Keyanosh is very caring and kind hearted person, she treated me with care, consideration and understanding. She was explaining everything what she is going to do. She is very professional. Excellent service.

Ms. Giuliana was extremely kind and polite and understanding. She heard my pain with patience and made me feel at ease and arranged for me to see the next available emergency appointment that she could find. Most humble, understanding with plenty of sympathy. The entire team including Mr. Surya is superb. Thank you and very grateful.
I couldn't make it to the appointment and had to cancel. I called them at least 5 times and left at least 2 voice messages, they never picked up. At the time of the appointment they called me, presumably to ask me why i m not there. I've called them afterwards and they didn't reply. I only registered here because I m a student at a university 5 minutes away from their office. will register somewhere else. Now i ll have to wait another few months for an appointment. Also, before I became their patient, each time I called, they told me they have me on a waiting list and will let me know when they're taking new patients. one year after, i poped in their office and they were indeed taking new patients, they just didn t let me know.
After being suggested continuously for unnecessary procedures, my expectations of a dental office weren't too high. However, this dental surgery was very honest and extremely skilful in executing the wisdom teeth surgery. The staff here is friendly as well. One of the office ladies was nice enough to escort me down to the car in a wheelchair after the general anaesthesia.
I have nothing but absolute admiration and confidence in this surgery, they placed 5 implants for me with precision, accuracy, and perfection. The office has top of the line equipment, is very clean, and the staff is superb! gentle in their approach and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I am always comfortable well taken care of.
Selam, a manager at the dental practice, tirelessly, patiently and extremely professionally, dealt with a complicated error regarding charging. Throughout the process, which took many weeks, she kept me updated, and even followed up with phone calls and emails on a Saturday and Sunday! I am quite in awe of her patience and dedication to resolve the issue which she did. She cared, she was empathic and understanding. She is an absolute credit to the practice. Thank you! Ps. I saw the dentist yesterday afternoon 18/7/22 and he was extremely kind, gentle and very professional. He took his time to thoroughly consider and assess the issue with two fillings and explained the issue and proposed his line of treatment. His ‘nurse’ also a dentist was equally professional and kind. For these reasons and based on my experience yesterday, I have given 5 stars.
I had a really good experience here, the students were amazing and very ahead of their time. I am usually scared on dentists but this was a very easy and painless so I am happy I got recommended to use this place.
Went through a very rough patch but there has been a changing of the guard. My new dentist Dentist Monica Lal is wonderful. No more cancelled or unbookable appointments, and as a dentist she is infinitely better than her predecessors. Also good with my 3 year old.
