Entirely pathetic service all in all. Due to being an ex member of staff i know this. Think i was 17th valeter inside two years. I seen two valeters walk out this place whilst i was here, i was then expected to run a car wash and be overbooked with valets, due to this i did not feel i was delivering a professional service. Paint shops a gem but thats run by a decent bloke and great young apprentice. I would recommend the paint shop to anyone id give this part 5 stars. Boys in there a fantastic. But valet centre needs an overhaul and long term staff, for it to be delivering a service its capable of delivering

I took my car there on July 27 2017, but in spite of the large sign outside with the word 'Valet' prominently displayed I was told that the place was not offering valeting services at the moment. I went to the Thistle Centre instead, where I received very good service

Great staff all very friendly and happy too help, who provide a great service at a reasonable price.

Found myself with a couple of hours to kill in Stirling yesterday and the car was filthy from the motorway journey

At short notice Valet Tech made short work of restoring my car to near pristine condition at a very reasonable cost 

Said if I book the car in another time they can make my alloys look as good as new again
