Remarkably, this 'Gallus as FCUK' facility offers up what could possibly be the last known sighting of the  "HWPS" in the wild. 
'Near-Extinct' & Mega-Rare the   "HWPS" is almost lost forever.

Overly expensive. Bays are the minimum size they can get away with, and then many of them are made smaller by concrete pillars and / or drain pipes with protective cages around them.
The pay machines reject coins at random, do not accept the new-style pound coins despite them having been in circulation for about 4 months, nor do they accept the new polymer notes, although we have had them in Scotland for a couple of years now.
NCP seem to part of Stirling council's apparent plan to deter people visiting the town/city.
