What a great service!!! Bearing in mind that I currently have a broken ankle, the drivers were incredibly polite, friendly and helpful. They lifted my wheelchair in and out of the boot of their vehicles, and no journey was too short. This company is truly first class!!!

Stirling Taxis shuttled me back and forth to Edinburgh over a 2 week period when I ruptured my Achilles. I can't fault their service - always on time and I received a text message in advance detailing that my driver was en route with the driver's name and make of car - very impressive. All the drivers were friendly and chatty and really pleasant to deal with. All in all an excellent experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.

Very easy to book online. Professional and very friendly driver. I flew in late from London and by the time I reached Stirling it was very late. I felt safe as I was traveling alone with my daughter. Highly recommend their service and will definitely book again.

Service was horrendous. Said they would arrive over an hour after the original booking time.

Ordered taxi in advance , then was called to let us know there would be an hour delay. Once the new time had arrived - no taxi , and no call. I had to call up myself and was told to wait another 15 minutes. After that time, they called me and told me I couldn't expect a car due to traffic. Very poorly handled . Unexpected traffic happens but still doesn't justify bad customer service like this.
