The phone operator was beyond rude. The company would be better off using her as a speed bump.

Rude operator who never gives u a proper time for your taxi coming. And drivers are even worse, taking longest routes when u have already specified which way u would like to go, adding an extra £2.50 on to journey, and don't even get me started on the driver that didn't know where a whole part of Stirling was and tried to go completely the wrong way. Avoid them now like the plague.

Tried calling Saturn Taxis 5 times to book an Airport Taxi but no answer when I did get through the operator was cheeky and said "what do you want me to do" and hung the phone up on me hence the reason for the negative review.

Ordered a taxi and was told it would arrive in 15 minutes took closer to an hour for taxi to arrive.
