A special thank you to Rab driving for Braehead Taxi's. I won't go into detail but Rab went way beyond his duties on Friday night. He put the safety of a vulnerable passenger first and foremost, without thought of cost or recompense. Rab went out of his way to ensure his passenger was safe and well. I thank Rab and Braehead Taxi's for being human.

Great taxi service. Used them while we stayed just outside Stirling and were the only taxi service willing to drive us a small distance from our travelodge to a brewers fayre because we would have to cross a busy roundabout so we stuck with them for our stay. All 3 drivers we used were friendly and professional. Will use them again next time we stay.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Booked a taxi for 7:30 to have to call the company at 7:35 as no sign of taxi. It was a "short journey" so therefore I was being charged extra for the privelage of not being able enough to just walk, shame you don't ask your customer if there is a reason they need to book rather than "just walking". When I called to enquirie where my taxi was at 7:35 I was told to be outside in 5 minutes. 10 minutes after the booking was due to have left my location, to then be informed by the rude man on the phone that he was "not a mindreader" and wasn't able to tell if the person before me had been delayed. Technology is a wonderful thing and simple phone call would have informed me of the delay. There was no attempt to communicate that to me, the customer. "Do you want a taxi or not?" is absolutely superb customer service, disgusting. Avoid this so called company at all costs. Zero respect for anyone not able to "just walk" and clearly no skills in manners or general decency.

Great service Used them for over 10 years with no problems . My biggest use is easy morning runs from my house to Edinburgh airport. Taxi always arrives on time reaching Airport without a hassle.
