I dont often review shops/businesses but on this occasion i feel i do. We visit Conwy a lot and have been to Stilwells several times for our easter eggs/holiday gifts. We always love choosing our little chocs for our eggs. We have always experienced friendly staff and have never had an issue with the customer service. We hope to visit your shop again in the future.

rude. don't blame customers for opening products when they have not if you expect to have good business. Was blamed for this and spoken to very rudely when I was well aware it was not me. I don't think it is rocket science to be polite.
