Rude and unprofessional. Went to pick up my parcel today arrived at 17:15 for the man to stay inside and say we are closed. The shop does not close till 17:30 and the man would not come and explain this to us. We drove especially to the shop to get this parcel and had to stand In the rain and try and explain through the glass window we just wanted to collect o our parcel. Shame on you.
I met the best looking young man of my life in this shop! Not only is there a fine selection of high quality outdoor gear but that eye candy is to die for.
Excellent service from a very professional and polite lady named Julie. Good choice of products. If not in stock, can be ordered and delivered to your home or the store.

My wife was looking for a long warm that we had seen on their website went to their shop in Conwy to check colour and fit happy with fit but did not have colour. Mentioned that the coat was on the website with a 10 percent discount she offered 15 percent if we bought off her so we did and the coat arrived promptly and she was well pleased with
Wish I could give it a six. Lady served us. She was brilliant with our daughter who has special needs. Her suggestions for the right size was spot on. Came away very happy. Glad their are some people out there that can accommodate such special people. We often can't go shopping because of our daughter so it made it less challenging. And thank you for accomodating our dog.
This is only a small shop so there's a very limited range on offer but it's worth a look, especially when there's a sale on. Last year we bought a coat for our eight year old that not only was she more than happy to wear but it's since seen a lot of use and is still going strong. This may well become the first coat that she outgrows before it falls to pieces!
Popped in today as I was in town and the weather was a bit cold. There were a lot of people around and 3 customers in store including me. 2 staff on the sales floor.....1 tidying and completely oblivious to her customers and 1 male leaning on the till staring at a computer screen who Didn't even look up when I walked past. Won't be going here again. Think they are resting on the fact they get tourists all the time so do have to try
Staff are ace here had good banter, really helpful, staff member went above and beyond to find what my wife wanted we payed and was sent to our home than you, great service .
Young male assistant completely disinterested in customers,did not acknowledge us coming into store,spent whole time we were in store playing on computer.We purchased a coat couldn't even be bothered to fold it up or say thank you for buying .VERY POOR SERVICE
