Fine shop, let down by a staff member. My partner went to go find something, came back and gave me a small peck on the ear to let me know he was back. The staff member walking past said ‘do you know him or something?’ in a very harsh tone, and started aggressively making kissing motions at us. Extremely uncomfortable, would not recommend in the slightest. Left Conwy with a sour taste.
Not fit for purpose anymore.its and embarrassment to Conwy .post office had a long queue.to be expected.nobody working the tills .should imagine they will loose a lot of locals this year .shame it's not fit for purpose.staff are pleasant but nobody working the tills .big dissapointment
I used the post office counter and was told my parcel was too heavy and I had to go to Llandudno post office in WH Smith. I'd never had this issue before and asked her to check. She refused to take the parcel or even look at the label. I had no choice so drove all the way to Llandudno - taking time, fuel and difficulty to park. I asked the post office counter clerk in Llandudno if there was any reason why a local post office couldn't take this parcel. She said no, the weight was fine and it's only parcels for abroad/international over 2kg that need to be dealt with by a main post office. So I was misinformed resulting in wasted time, fuel and stress. When I returned, the place was clearly understaffed, the post office counter was closed and the only person on duty, the manager referred me to the QR feedback code and wasn't keen to hear my feedback.
So handy for the basics while I was on holiday in the town. Had to go to big Tesco's for a wider range but Spar will sort you out for a frozen Pizza, drinks, snacks, some lovely Welsh butter, tasty Welsh cakes, loo roll, washing up liquid - things you need for a self catering holiday! Great location, excellent opening hours and really friendly staff.
The girl that served me was called Sophia, she was very helpful, friendly and efficient!
