Good fish and chips, locals place- older building, very ‘tourist’ feel in decor. We had fish and chips, lamb, and buttermilk chicken tower , all good tasting. 3 stars for old outdated feel, and average service.
Excellent place. The food was very good and very well served. My congrats to dessert. We were very well attended. You can choose go to the restaurant or to the pub. We choose restaurant and like a lot. The music was good and the bathroom was clear. They have parking. I recommend.Food: 5/5
Nice atmosphere, wonderful service and good food. We had Fish & chips which was okay, a T-bone rare steak that was a bit chewy. Kids spaghetti was perfect. Cocktails 10/10 Overall, it's a busy place, with wonderful & fast service.Food: 3/5
The food was substantial- the burger was good if perhaps tasting a little processed! Dressings were good and just enough for the size of the burger. Fries were piping hot and there was plenty of them. Cost were about average forr what you got. Overall, enjoyable and would definitely go back.Food: 4/5
Great spot for dinner, Food was lovely, and the place looks amazing. Lots of cool features. Looks small from the outside, but it’s huge on the inside. Got four dinners and three drinks, total was €57. Not bad at all, so the food is reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend. 15min drive from Crumlin.
Great place to stop for lunch. Huge variety of hot food,great value for money, very friendly and hard working staff. Very nice coffees and clean bathrooms! Love the inside of the carvery, very fascinating atmosphere.
Very nice old style Irish Pub and Restaurant, we had our sons 18th Birthday and had Buietiful food and Drinks,the Restaurant staff were great with us and would highly Recommend anybody to try here,thankyou for a great Evening "An Poitin Stil".
We called into the poitin stil for some food and was greeted with very friendly staff that showed us to out table.After we ordered we had time to look at the pictures and the display cabinets.When the food came out it was not very hot as I expected however it was still nice and it won't stop me from calling back again
Be a while since I've been in a restaurant with such a great turnover of customers and you can see why. Was recently in for the carvery and it was very good. They are not shy with the portion sizes and the price is brilliant. We got a seat when we got in but I'm sure seats can come and go just as quickly. Dessert was very nice and plenty of water on a table for people to take, staff were constantly on there toes cleaning tables etc and will definitely be back to try the restaurant menu
Nice place with good food ! Service good and atmosphere friendly. Free car park . Recommend
