Just as Lauren mentioned below. I wasn't too sure either based on the reviews. The service was up to standard. Both drivers I had were very friendly. The service was provided was also smooth, on time and easy going. The receptionists (Mary and Liz) were very kind and understanding. I had to call them back to say how amazing they were. Thank you

Had booked a taxi and still waiting for more than 30 mins to arrive. The driver got lost apparently 🤔

I didn't want to use Steve's taxis as the reviews were so bad but I had no choice as no other cabs were available. They turned up 1 minute early and the driver was really friendly. What more could you want? I highly recommend them!

I booked a taxi with this company to pick me up from work in Sandy and take me to Sandy station - every other taxi charges between £10-12.50, but this one charged £17.50!

Now if the taxi driver had been the slightest bit nice I would have happily paid that amount as it would have been a pleasant 10 minute journey, but he had a chip on his shoulder and drove well under the limit, even though I told him I didn't want to miss my train out of the city. 

Highly inflated prices, only use as a last resort if you can't get anyone else.
