Car park has a 20 minute wait/drop off time - beware going over that - we did by 1 minute and 40 seconds and have been hit by a £100 fine from the appalling Euro Car Park scammers. Appeal rejected as usual as these companies do not have an ounce of compassion.
Lovely staff, always helpful and good humoured when trying to deal with Thameslink's complete uselessness. Ticket office and cat! particularly friendly. Dreadful franchise, but not the staff's fault. Thank you for trying to make our commute slightly less frustrating.
I would like to thank the lady working at St Neots railway station last night who came to the aid of my daughter after a distressing incident. Not only was she kind and compassionate but arranged and paid for a taxi to bring her back to Peterborough.
The train to London is unreliable: it passes 1 every hour and for those who work and starts at 6:00 in the morning to work this creates a great inconvenience especially when the train to be taken is canceled. People get up at 03:00 in order not to miss the train with this beautiful result ... St. Neots is a beautiful town but on public transport and transport it is totally disorganized. I regret having come to live here and indeed if anyone is interested we want to leave the house as soon as possible. contact email: [email protected].

Lifts shut off, impossible for wheelchair users to use the station

Very rude staff women overheard talking to a young lady where she asked a simple question and got the worst customer service response ever heard. The staff member didnt help at all and even i thought well im never asking staff here anything and can see why things should just go automatic and get rid of these awful staff.

Excellent customer service and facilities. Disability access and communication. Staff are available for any questions and are quite cheerful.
