A bunch of criminals who will disrespect your tenant rights intrusion at whatever the time of the day, harassements, threat, power cuts, no service.... It is impossible to have a sensible discussion with any of them. I took the company to court for those reason plus the fact that they refused to give me back my deposit to make me pay for Wear and Tear which was NOT protected in a deposit scheme. In the end I won the court case + compensations + interest.

Untrustworthy agency. Please avoid!  Back in June, or July can't remember exactly there was a special discount for the rooms available in Liverpool Street. I have arranged a meeting with an agent to organize the viewing at 4:00 pm. After arriving to the the agency, I was asked to wait for the agent as she had had a viewing in the city. After 30 minutes of waiting, someone informed me that she is not going to see me today. It was really unprofessional of them. Then after speaking with another agent I was informed that all the rooms were actually sold by 4pm! So basically I have spent more than an hour for nothing.  I have checked the offer the next day - and the rooms were still on the market!  As you can see other reviews, you can tell that this a very unprofesional agency.

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY FOR ANYTHING! They are the most unprofessional, disrespectful, rude excuses for letting agents you will ever come across. They are all a bunch of scammers. You will end up living in a terrible home, with no maintenance and no service. They do not care about their clients and they will 100% try to scam you out of your deposit and any other money they can steal from you. I know at least 10 people who also lived with them and they all agree. Nobody has ever had anything good to say about these clowns. All the good reviews you read about them are FAKE. All the bad ones are real. Again, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. TERRIBLE COMPANY!
