Stellar did a great job on a very short notice. I would absolutely recommend working with them and the level of service provided by Sarah Coles was impeccable! I would give them 6 stars if i could.
I have been working with Steller over the last few months and have found their customer service and quality of work to be excellent. From first contact they have been really transparent with their costing and advised on alternative ways available to ensure efficiency of spend. The team are very friendly, communicate well and have been very flexible with a number of changing requirements! I would recommend this company highly.
We have worked with Sarah and team at 24-7 Steller Packing for many years, we started with them on a trial basis, and we have never looked back. The service received from Sarah, Daina, Mark and Kim has always been exceptional. For many years we have used them exclusively for all our packing requirements. I would not hesitate to recommend them, their expertise, attention to detail is fantastic. They offer advice and solutions with everything they pack for us, and if they can reduce the time lines and cost they always let us know. 24-7 Steller Packing have always delivered an impeccable service, even when we have given them impossibly tight deadlines. This 1 star review is because of poor communication from stellar packing, and lack of responsibility. We used them for a service - canning. We sent them goods and relied on their advice. Followed by labelling and packing. They were our contact. They blamed another supplier. They have no idea about how to work in the service industry and have put us entirely off working with canning producers in the future. Be very careful about giving these people your money.
I contacted Stella Packing as I needed some boxes shrink wrapped. It was a slightly odd job and of course needing to be done ASAP. Stella Packing came up trump's and sorted my request, and also helped me source couriers to and from the venue. Highly recommend the very friendly team!
I've approached Stellar packaging for quotes for a future project I have in mind and they have been nothing but fantastic. Great service, efficient and helpful. I have always dealt with Sarah Coles and she is a credit to the company. I am looking forward to working with them in the near future.
Great service - Stellar really delivered great packaging services within a very tight time frame and were fantastic to deal with. Would definitely recommend!
A catalogue of disasters is all that I can say about Steller. I have used them for 5 years and no problems until this year. when stock was misplaced that had arrived months ago and they hadn't logged it - so it was left to me to chase all the companies until Steller eventually found it. Then there were only 5 products to pack into the bags and they failed to pack one of them. so I had to put 800 bottles into each bag. Delivery date was crucial and they promised 9am so I could meet my deadline. It didn't arrive that day - even though I asked them to chase the driver and the driver went home at 5pm - failing to deliver. They turned up the following morning. I asked for the extras to put into the bags and still not turned up - not sure why they were not sent with the bags as usual. Just everything went wrong. They have assured me they are putting their house in order but I am not sure I am going to stick around to witness this. Such a stressful experience.
