Nancie, the manager, dealt with us from day 1. She made recommendations on unit sizes and was very forthcoming. Her sales delivery felt very personal and reassuring, in fact after meeting with some Lok’nStore competitors, we realised just how valuable the time spent with Nancie was. As a first time renter, this was easily a five star experience. We also met with other members of the team who upheld the standards set. Units are clean and easy to find. Lifts and trolleys are good.

We can’t thank the 3 lovely ladies enough for their warm welcome, support and knowledge. The smooth transition of organising our storage area and always being there with their happy smiles. What to say, I was treated to the best customer service I've experienced for a long time. On my first visit, I was greeted with a smile which is always nice. I had made an internet enquiry, which the lady found quickly. She talked me through everything, from prices to showing me the unit to make sure it was what I needed. All in all it was a great experience, so I paid the holding fee there and then. On my second visit, the service was equally impressive and pleasant. I was given all the relevant documents, shown the unit again. To make sure it was right for me, shown how to use the facilities. Again, five star service. My whole service this far has been nothing short of superb, both ladies I have spoken with have been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you.

From the moment you enter the office you can just tell that the place is operating like a well oiled machine, with people coming and going and moving stuff. Extra boxes of all sizes are available if required to store my belongings, Seemed like nothing was too much trouble and with a service lift to get my stuff into my unit up and down from the front entrance was a doddle. A really good discount came with the package which I didn’t expect. Great stuff and always welcome! Nancy is a credit to the company and explained everything I needed to know in a friendly but professional manner. Oh and the place was spotlessly clean which is something else I appreciated. I would happily use again and have no hesitation recommending Lock’n’store to my friends.
