DS has electrical faults, do your research, doesn’t expect warranty support from Stellantis. Car has many intermittent faults, from new no driver display, no entertainment. No fuel gauge or indicators, doors unlock when car is locked.nDS will NOT investigate or repair these under warranty. Please see photos including a text from DS saying they will not repair it.
Syed Al-Mahi is the man! To be fair, the entire team at the Romford branch are awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. From my soft enquiry all the way through to picking up my new car, I was very well looked after. I’ve been buying cars for years and this was by far the most pleasant occasion to date. Love my new car!
Car itself is fine, service not so much.nnSalesman made an error in preparing my invoice, charging me over £300 above the agreed price. I was told that to prepare a new invoice would take until the following day, but if I wanted the car then I would have to pay the invoice as it was and be sent a cheque for the overpayment. I agreed, and had that in writing.nnNonetheless, 2 months down the line they are refusing to reimburse me. Awful service.
Shaun and Dami are by far the best Manager and Sales Executive I have come in contact with at Stellantis & You Peugeot Romford. They went above and beyond in record time to help me to purchase my car in a short timeframe. Their communication was fast, friendly and honest. Nothing was ever too much for them, and they made the process easy and enjoyable. Thank you both so much.
