I had purchased a nissan qashqai on may month 2025 and 3rd day it was breakdown on the motorway but then some how i took it to home and i called them and they took the car. The best part is that they promise you that they goona do everything but its fake promise. Then i told them that i dont need the qashqai so they were like look for another car so finally i got the other one ford focus. Same thing happened i went out with my family and while driving home back the car got break down at night. I called one of the team member i know its night but still he replied in rude way. Again i gave the car to the garage it took another 3 days to give back the car. They wont give you any update regarding anything you need yo follow up for everything. When they gave back the car the right side mirror isn’t working i called him again and said this but no response. Then he stopped picking my calls. Very poor service they provide. My all tyre sensor was down and i had to check with another tyre shop so i told the team so and so tyre sensor are not working they changed only 2 tyre sensor now again i have to take the car for another 2 tyre sensor. The work is not clean nor when they give a car to a customer they need to make sure that the customer shouldn’t spend money atleast for 4 months. But here with car traders you will have to take the car to garage every week. Till now my problems are not solved and iam looking forward to find a solution. Guys do not fall for the fake promise. I need to add more things like i had part exchange with them and for my car they said 400 pound and i was okay fine let it be but then later I checked on there site and it was 2840 pound they selling the car. I know its my mistake but still all that is not goona digest properly. The service they provide is very very very very very very bad.
Very nice service and friendly staff. They are much busy but still manage time for customers. All car are clean and nice. I recommend all people please buy your dream car from here . Thanks NT for give me such a lovely car.
