Disappointing experience from start to finish. Poor communication, misleading information, and a lot of wasted time. Once they realised the sale wasn’t guaranteed, the attitude completely changed. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a straightforward or respectful buying experience.nnI had to wait far too long to receive my deposit refund. Communication was poor, and I had to follow up multiple times to get my own money back. This should not be this difficult and reflects poorly on their customer service.nnPLEASE AVOID GLYN HOPKINS ROMFORD!!!!!!
Popped in to view and test drive one of the vehicles without an appointment. Max was fantastic.nAlthough the car was not quite what we were after, he went above and beyond to search for the right one for us.nHe was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly, with no hard sell.nIt was a real pleasure to visit Glyn Hopkins Romford - highly recommend.
I’m so happy with my new Nissan Juke Tekna I can finally get out some more it’s changed my life for the better. My personal advisor was so helpful and kept me up to date whilst waiting to pick up my car. Very disappointing. Avoid. I’ve brought a secondhand Nissan Quashqai from the dealership two years ago, 2023.nnThe car is 5 years old, and has already suffered catastrophic engine failure. Due to thermostat housing failure. The repair costs for replacement engine is well into the thousands of pounds.nnIgnoring around £1-2000 I’ve already spent on fixing, towing,breakdown costs.nnNissan refuse to offer any towards the repair costs, I’ve emailed Nissan, called dealerships. The car has been gone for a few months now. Citizen advice, has advised me to raise an ombudsmen report which has been done.nnI don’t think I can ever buy a Nissan again.
