I’ve just purchased my second car from Glyn Hopkins Romford, and once again, Umberto provided excellent customer service. He communicated clearly, explained everything in detail, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His attention to matching me with the right car was impressive, and he was always available to answer any questions. Having had such a great experience twice now, I highly recommend Glyn Hopkins Romford and especially Umberto for his outstanding service.
I had a terrible experiance while looking for a car at this dealership. I paid a reservation fee for a secondhand car which they assured was refundable. I was in two minds about this particular car at the time but given that I thought I nothing to lose i figured I would hold the car for a couple of days while I thought about it. However in end I opted not to purchase the car and it has been a nightmare trying to get my money back. Its been months since the payment and I have yet to get an update on the payment and everyone at the dealership has gone quiet on me. I followed up with multiple emails and even turned up to the dealership to query the refund only to be fobbed off by their salesmen. If you are on the fence about buy a car do not place a reservation fee if you want be out of pocket when you decide not buy a car from them.
I am very disappointed for their services, if does why they're going to continue Services to Kia customers, then I'm afraid people will be happy to bring their Vehicles for Services. They've have limited time to do proper work to their customers. I'll not recommend to anyone.
