I paid full price deposit for the utility boots in order to pick them on the next day because they didn’t have them in stock on that day. So the boots had to be transferred from the other stocklist. However, I didn’t get the boots after I waited for 5 days so I called to get a refund. On the next day, there no refund transaction showed on my account. And still have to wait. It was so fast to take my money but so slow to get it back. That’s a shame because I was a fan for everything Stella has done. So disappointed. Actually, I should rate 0 star for this store.
I unfortunately bought a bag online. I wanted to exchange it in store but not allowed. It has to be shipped back to Italy ! and the process is painful and time consuming. I wish I had not bought anything online from this brand.
I waited 4 days for the Bond Street store to contact me following an email i had sent to them. I waited another 4 days for them to track down a pair of trainers for me. The trainers arrived today and they clearly haven't been checked as they have either been sat in a stock room getting covered in dust and/or have been in thee window on display as the suede and fabric is faded. Come on people, get your act together, what's happened to your standards. I am so very disappointed and do not expect this of Stella McCartney. I am now waiting for a resolution and a call back from the team.
