Steeton Pharmacy offers a Managed Repeat Prescription Service. We can order and obtain your prescriptions from your Surgery and have your medicines ready to collect when you need them. We also provide a delivery service on request. Please ask for details.

We moved house and to this pharmacy 18 months ago and every time we go to collect a repeat prescription it’s never there. It’s never ready! Either not issued, not prepared or not checked! This time i wasn’t even on their system so they needed time to contact the surgery. I went in yesterday to collect a prescription that should have been ready weeks ago. Guess what? Not ready! Went back in today and was told to wait because the pharmacist wasn’t in. This was 35 minutes after opening time!! No apology when he did turn up! He just called out to me ‘is it you waiting for me?’ And it’s not the first time the pharmacist is late or absent. - not good enough. Changed my nominated pharmacy now.
I always find the staff friendly and helpful and they have gone out of their way to ensure that I get my prescription, even when there has been confusion at the doctor's surgery.
Pharmacy was situated nearby my house. well maintained, staffs quite slow
Wow... so I arrived 5 mins before opening this morning and stood in the foyer with my little baby boy 10 minutes after opening time they still hadn't opened up.. shouted through the door how long will they be to be told awaiting the pharmacist who doesn't live anywhere near here and not sure... why wouldn't you mention this or put a dign on the door in the 15 minutes if been stood there with a fussy baby.
I went to collect medicine from this pharmacy today , as i walk in the lady behind the counter called Clair immediately shouted at me to go and wait outside the store in front of other customers , as i walked out i heard her laugh out loud . I felt Clair was very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful towards me … Terrible & humiliating experience . I feel Clair should not be in the retail trade as this trade requires a warm welcome for all customers & not bullying tack ticks .
Always very friendly, and the staff & Martin are always happy to accommodate you & help with their medical experience and knowledge... 10/10
