Really fantastic service for an emergency prescription on a Sunday. We were kept up to date with a very friendly and professional pharmacist I’m sorry I can’t remember his name. Thank you!
My order came quickly, well packaged and all correct. Price very competitive too.nI would recommend.
Only gave 3 stars as they did not inform me before cancelling part of my order and refunding it. I had ordered 2 bottles to last longer and save on postage fees for reordering.
Just wanted to thank the lady who organises the dosette boxes at Hbs pharmacy silsden. Great service !!
Very variable - some of the Pharmacists and administrative assistants are helpful and work appropriately.nOne in particular is rude and incompetent in my opinion - I have his details and am preparing a formal complaint to submit to HBS head office and the GPhC General Pharmaceutical Council.nEdit: I should say that the more experienced/older Pharmacist who works here is the one with the best attitude and communication. He was always a pleasure to interact with. I shall miss seeing him - I have now moved to another pharmacy due to the intolerable conduct of some of the other staff.
