Staffs is friendly and helpful food is delicious and price is good for good location. there is a tv where you can see the times of the trains, good if you have train to get on. lots of business people having lunch and coffee.
A really nice open plan one room pub. Sophisticated and cosy atmosphere. A vast range of beers. I tried a real ale, which was not at its best. Pleasant barmaid changed it promptly with little fuss. I would definitely go again even though it is a bit pricey.........
Hugely disappointing lunch! Pathetically small portion considering the steamy price. You'd think bearing in mind the difficulties pubs have faced they'd be doing there utmost to lure punters back. Only go here for pint if you have an hour to kill before a train.
Bangers and mash. Excellent. Onion gravy was great with plenty of onion flavor. Bangers were great, good texture . Quantity of food was ok. Service was fast. This is a winner dish. It’s a pub so a bit noisy but that’s expected.

Amazing price quality ratio! Food was really good and not very expensive. Nice place and nice staff as well. Highly recommended. Also has vegan options.
Staff were very friendly, but food took 25 minutes to arrive. I was the only customer in at the time, so not sure why the kitchen took so long. No mention of it by the staff.
Good place and fantastic food too . a little bit pricey on beer but a lovely place to relax
