This venue has gone through many changes over the years with varying degrees of success. This current incarnation is the very best yet. It is wonderfully clean, staffed by helpful, interested staff who obviously want to do a good job in providing well cooked, well presented food at reasonable prices in an atmosphere of genuine friendliness. Would recommend Station Cafe to one and all without the slightest hesitation. Great food, well cooked & well presented in a lovely environment.

I'd call it a greasy spoon but that's a bit unfair as it's so nice. The breakfasts are tasty, excellent value and really well cooked. The staff are friendly and the place is lovely and clean. Food is turned around very quickly and there are plenty of seats inside.

Haven't been there for a while, so I was really surprised how many types of big breakfasts there was on the menu, took my youngest stepson for breakfast, he eats like a horse, the food was spot on, I forgot how nice it was... Will try to get there regularly like... Thanks!

Both me and my wife had a all day breakfast and everything was cooked well with generous portions friendly staff and would rate it the best breakfast in the area

Friendly, helpful staff and good, tasty food. The building inside is nice and welcoming and has a good atmosphere. A good place to stop for quick, efficient and quality service if you're waiting for a train, if you've just got off one or even if you just want to go for something nice to eat that's not too expensive.
