Overall I’d say my experience was just ok. For the prices they charge I’d expect a much better product/service. I had a couple of small snags that were to be attended to. Customer service promised alot but simply didn’t deliver. I’ve given up ringing about them.
Stephen was undoubtedly 5* at his job. From the off he was professional and great craic. Made our job of picking our custume built wardrobes a breeze. Thanks so much Stephen.
One very dissatisfied customer. The sink I asked for was meant to be seamless and built into the worktop. The one I got was a horrible stainless steel one. The area manager Chris Galway is not prepared to do anything about it? Customer services is the worst I have ever come across. They even messed up the plans for the utility room which was meant to be completed today. Over a month late! Still not finished as there are parts missing! This has been going on for three months and it will probably take another month to sort out? Even then I need a new sink as this is not what I had requested. Absolutely furious and disgusted with the lack of customer service. I cannot fault the contractor You have to employ your own contractor at your own expense who has gone out of his way to help. This is down to Starplan the company, sales and management. One of the main selling points was the design of the sink but the company who supplied them told me they haven’t made them in over two years? Nobody bothered to tell me that and now won’t do anything about it? That sink allegedly cost over £350? I can get a stainless steel sink from Homebase or B&Q for less than £50! Huge difference between the one on display that I wanted and the one I am left with now. I still don’t have a functioning kitchen and regret ever setting foot in the store! By the time it is finished the total cost will be £20,000. Add to that the fact I have to replace the sink to the one I requested too. Anybody thinking of purchasing a kitchen from Starplan? Think again!
Hi Guys you did a fanastic job with helping myself and son Ryan choose his bedroom furniture. The staff that came out and fitted the bedroom furniture were brillant. They had fitted it in no time at all and left everything neat and tidy. Thanks a million I would highly recommond Starplan to anyone as the selection is second to none and you would be spolit for choice. Thanks again. Order number NF 205298
They did a fitted bedroom for my Mother In Law. It was a great job - well fitted. The fitters worked hard and tidied up properly afterwards.
Worse customer service ever can't even be consistent when you phone always someone else's fault won't be ever dealing with them again
No job too small or too big just give them a call keenly priced and great work
