I absolutely love this shop, it’s the best place for beautiful dresses and accessories. Lisa and Kara are wonderful ladies and so welcoming. I’ve bought several dresses over the last few years from Aurora and I always get good wear out of them. I like to shop local and this beautiful boutique is always my first choice when I want a new outfit.
Aurora is the best shop around. I hadn’t been in for a few weeks and went in on Friday last week looking for some earrings for a special gift. I was blown away by the selection. It was like Christmas! They were beautifully displayed by colour. There were so many gorgeous, colourful and sparkly earrings that my head was spinning. I told the girls about my friend’s look and style and the sort of colours she normally wears…and they made so many suggestions and helped me narrow down the options! When I had finally selected the perfect gift and a little pair for myself too! they were wrapped beautifully in tissue paper and put in to a little Aurora gift box. My friend loved them and put them on immediately after I’d given them to her! That made me so happy to know that she loved them! Everyone who knows me, knows that most of my dresses are from Aurora…now I think all my earrings will be from Aurora too! New earrings are a great little pick-me-up and I feel like the girls in Aurora are going to be seeing me a whole lot more regularly now that I’ve got a whole new earring obsession!! And what’s more…I’ll be living the #shoplocal message. I know retail has been challenging over the last few years so it makes me so happy to see that Aurora is still there and the service I have come to expect is still strong. Well done Aurora.
Called Into Aurora on my hunt for a wedding outfit recently. What selection! There were loads of options to choose from. I got sorted with two dresses. One for the day of the wedding and one for the day after. The beautiful jewellery and accessories too, I was able to get sorted from top to toe. Staff were really helpful and friendly and left feeling happy. Definitely a five star review from me!
I absolutely love Aurora! It's my go to shop for all occasions. The dresses and accessories are fabulous and I rarely leave without at least two Aurora bags! Staff are always so helpful and make it easy and fun! Thanks Aurora see you soon
If you have a special occasion or wedding a visit to this shop is a must.. Went Saturday with no idea of what I wanted. Great selection of dresses and accessories - you will be spoilt for choice the girls were so welcoming and helpful. They suggested things that I wouldn’t have thought of myself or even put together and made the whole experience super easy., Delighted with my purchases - thanks so much girls - can’t wait to wear it
Purchased a dress from this shop. Loved the dress, fitted perfectly with some room for movement. When putting the dress on the morning of my event it split at the front, I managed to sew this and pin a part of the dress across to hide the stitching. Once I got to the event the dress had ONCE again split at the side. Thankfully I brought the needle and thread with me. When returning to the shop Monday morning the staff were not one bit helpful. They had said that it was not their responsibility and that they can do nothing and to wait for the owner to come in the next day. When arriving the next day the owner said ONCE again that it was not their responsibility and that once it leaves their premises it is out of their hands. When you buy a tv and it’s faulty what do you do? Return it. No questions asked. The customer service from this shop is little to be spoke about as they never suggested a credit note or refund. Through out the day and after I got so many compliments on this dress but I refused to say where I got it from due to the lack of quality and due to the customer service then received. I would not recommend this shop to any one.
Bought a dress for a wedding and also got a pair of shoes the exact colour of the dress. The lady that served me was so lovely and chatty and extremely helpful. Also the price was brilliant.
Such a fantastic store in Dungannon. Aurora can always sort you out for an event. Kara and Lisa are always so helpful and go over and beyond!
Got 2 dresses here for a wedding and Christening the staff where so helpful went above and beyond to help me and being unwell at that time the y were patient and helpful definitely will be back x beingunwell at the moment
Gorgeous little boutique in dungannon easy to get parked right beside and the most stunning dresses, it is my 'go to' shop for any event that comes up and the dresses I have got are always admired. Always great service and support from Lisa .Thanks girls xx
