Starbucks

Always enjoy my latte in Starbucks although they are getting expensive these days but no dearer than others. The cakes are tasty, I recommend the cinnamon bun a personal favourite of mine. The guy that served me today was friendly and made a really nice caramel latte so well pleased. I find the coffee at Starbucks isn't as over powering compared to some places so just my cup of tea or should I say coffee! Parking: There's parking outside but it does need to be paid Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors and all on a level floor

We revisited on Sunday 5th and you got faster service if you had ordered from just eat or similar online app. Some customers were waiting in the queue whilst the online orders took priority. At least the queuing customers made the effort, like me to visit the store. Shambles, especially when there are other coffee shops within a few meters of them. Guess where I'm going next time

You know when you just want your drink how you like it? Well don't bother coming here when Mason is behind the counter. When you bring your drink back because it doesn't taste right you just get attitude and another staff member has to come and listen to be polite and just offer to remake it. Even after it was remade it still didn't taste quite right but I wasn't going to keep wasting my time. 1 star for the person who actually was polite.

Staff and assistants very good in fact I would say first class. We will continue to use them for all our vacations in the UK. Thank you.Service: 5/5

How long does it take to make a cappuccino in a morning past rush time? I’ll tell you how long I takes to make it here - 7 minutes, no joke. This happened every time I visited and this was the last one.

Lovely coffee from the standard Starbucks that matches the modern 'fast food's type coffee house, no matter the name above the door. Nice coffee, nice big cups. Short queue, but long wait as normal.

A standard branch, though their staff speed of service is good, better than other branches I've visited.Food: 5/5

Amazing place, can be a bit busy, especially around tourist seasons. Customer service is great, even got them to spell my name with a 'Y'. Toilets can be cleaner but a lot of that is down to the customer before you keeping it clean

Coffee was ok, but people behind the counter are not friendly .. what a shame :/ Edit: service is getting better!

Went into the store in Stratford-upon-avon this morning for a drink on my way to work which i do visit often. The member of staff who served me was very lovely and ploite her name was Kirsty. At the time she was working alone with a few customers to serve also and she kept calm and remaind professional, it is always stressful when you work alone and she was in control. My drinks were served and could not fault them, just what i needed to start my day. Thank you very much
