We called in based on the good reviews however we were a little disappointed. We both had the cream tea and I upgraded my hot drink to a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows. The staff were friendly and attentive. The drinks were great however the scones themselves were very dry and chewy. They didn’t taste fresh, just warmed up to soften them as they became even harder when they cooled down. The main meals others ordered all looked delicious but we felt we made a poor choice.

Excellent breakfast in Stratford. Gets busy so be prepared for a wait as all cooked to order and that may mean 20+ minutes before you get fed! We had the full English with bottomless refill coffee so had a couple while we waited. Staff really switched on and friendly and food was good although we had to send a bit of bacon back as we wanted well done and it wasn't, but no hassle in changing. Good prices too which is always a good thing in somewhere like Stratford.

Visit - half price presecco afternoon tea vouchers x4 Interior - oak beams dressed with flower vines gave a pretty vibe. Menu - you were able to choose the sandwich you wanted for your afternoon tea, from memory cheese and pickle, cheese and tomato, cheese and onion, brie and chutney, ham and tomato, Tuna and cucumber, traditional cucumber. You had the choice of white or brown bread . Sandwiches were freshly made , bread was nice and soft much preferred being able to choose its a great feature. Scone cream and jam were served with small serving of chocolate brownie and piece of cake. Followed by a pot of tea Would recommend really enjoyed this deal. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

What a lovely place in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. We loved the food and service that we had and we would go back. We took our two dogs which also had a lovely time were treat so well. Thank you Food: 5/5

We just missed breakfast by 5 mins but we both enjoyed a well made lunch comprising of brie and bacon toastie and a tuna salad sandwich. Both were very nice and well priced.Food: 5/5

Delicious food, Great seating areas “ inside and outside,” and friendly service. We tried chicken salad and fish and chips, both were great.

Big breakfast is just amazing, kept us going all day long. The bottomless tea and coffee is a bonus

Visited on Tuesday and the breakfast was superb. Lovely tasting food and great value. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again on my next visit to Stratford-upon-Avon.

Went here for lunch with a work colleague. I had a toasted sandwich whilst my friend had soup with crusty bread. Food was okay until my friend released she was eating mouldy bread with her soup. We discreetly informed one of the servers as it was busy, and whilst they did replace the bread, we were surprised not to have the soup taken off the bill or discounted. We were certainly put off eating anymore! It’s a good job my friend wasn’t ill afterwards. I’m pregnant and would had be so worried about eating mouldy bread! Will not be eating here again or recommend it to friends.

Brilliant, had flat white and carrot cake . Loved both. Great atmosphere and just honest food and service.Food: 5/5
